
Registration will work the same as it did last year.
Forms will be submitted without payment. Upon receipt of the form you will be sent a "Registration Received" email with all the information needed to complete your registration. Registration must be completed within 2 weeks of the "Registration Received" email being sent or the registration will be canceled. If you would like to complete the registration after the 2 week mark please send us an email before sending payment to ensure that a spot is still available.
If there is no space in the camp at the time that registration is received your child will be put on a waiting list until a spot becomes available.
-Third Child Discount - There will be a $20 discount for the third, fourth etc child registered from the same family.
Refunds - There will be no refunds given for campers who do not show up at camp without warning or for campers who leave camp early. Any other refund requests are reviewed by the camp board at the next board meeting.
Sponsorship - - If you need assistance in sending your child to camp please request a sponsorship application when you receive your "Registration Received" email.
Registration will open for each camp when we have the missionaries in place to run the camp.
